  • The App collects personal data such as: name, email, mobile number, national address, professional licenses, qualifications, and any document required for verification.
  • Payment and financial transaction data.
  • Usage data such as in-App browsing history, device type, and IP address.
  • Any other data voluntarily provided by the User.

Article (20): How Data is Collected

  • Data is collected upon registration or when using services within the App.
  • Some data is collected automatically via cookies.

Article (21): Purposes of Data Use

  • To provide services and operate the App.
  • To improve user experience and develop features.
  • To process payments and manage financial transactions.
  • To communicate with users regarding orders or updates.

  • App Management takes technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or tampering.
  • App Management is not responsible for breaches beyond its control or resulting from user negligence.

Article (24): User Rights Regarding Data

  • The User has the right to access, correct, or update their personal data.
  • The User has the right to request deletion of their data in accordance with KSA regulations.
  • The User may exercise these rights by contacting App Management through official channels.

Article (25): Intellectual Property Policy

  • The Professional guarantees that delivered content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
  • The Professional alone bears any legal consequences of such infringement.
  • Ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the Beneficiary upon full payment and completion of the Task.

Article (26): Compliance with Personal Data Protection Law

  • The App complies with all Saudi laws and regulations concerning personal data protection, including the Personal Data Protection Law, its implementing regulations, and any subsequent updates.

Article (27): User Responsibilities & Security

  • The User must not share login details with others and is fully responsible for any loss or disclosure.
  • The User must promptly report any suspicious activity or hacking attempts.
  • App Management never asks for the password in any form.
  • App Management uses modern protection and encryption technologies.
  • App Management monitors system activities and analyzes threats regularly.
  • App Management reports any security breach and notifies affected users within 24 hours unless force majeure applies.
  • Security systems are updated periodically.
  • This Policy is reviewed annually to align with latest threats and regulations.
