- Payment and financial transaction data.

- Data is collected upon registration or when using services within the App.

- The User may exercise these rights by contacting App Management through official channels.
Article (25): Intellectual Property Policy
- The Professional guarantees that delivered content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
- The Professional alone bears any legal consequences of such infringement.
- Ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the Beneficiary upon full payment and completion of the Task.
Article (26): Compliance with Personal Data Protection Law
- The App complies with all Saudi laws and regulations concerning personal data protection, including the Personal Data Protection Law, its implementing regulations, and any subsequent updates.
Article (27): User Responsibilities & Security
- The User must not share login details with others and is fully responsible for any loss or disclosure.
- The User must promptly report any suspicious activity or hacking attempts.
- App Management never asks for the password in any form.
- App Management uses modern protection and encryption technologies.
- App Management monitors system activities and analyzes threats regularly.
- App Management reports any security breach and notifies affected users within 24 hours unless force majeure applies.
- Security systems are updated periodically.
- This Policy is reviewed annually to align with latest threats and regulations.
